These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by CommandPro Plumbing Solutions ("we", "our", or "us") at commandpro.pro and your engagement of our plumbing services. By accessing this website or hiring us to perform any work, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

CommandPro Plumbing Solutions is a business registered in Malaysia under registration number 202301045678 (1498762-W), with its principal office at 15-3 Jalan Mega Mendung, Kuala Lumpur 58200, Malaysia.

1. Scope of Services

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to, pipe repairs and replacement, drain cleaning, water heater installation and servicing, roof leak repair, waterproofing, toilet repair, water tank maintenance, and emergency plumbing response. The specific scope of work for any engagement is defined in the quotation or service agreement provided to you before work commences.

We reserve the right to decline a service request if the work falls outside our area of expertise, if site conditions present safety risks that cannot be reasonably mitigated, or if the requested location is beyond our operational coverage area.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by CommandPro Plumbing Solutions are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices include labour and materials as specified in the quotation document. Any additional work requested after the original quote has been accepted will be subject to a supplementary quotation, which must be approved by you before the additional work proceeds.

Prices may be subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was described or observed during the initial assessment. In such cases, we will inform you of the revised cost and obtain your approval before continuing. We will never carry out additional chargeable work without your prior consent.

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total quoted amount before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment, cash, and major credit or debit cards.

Late payments may be subject to an administrative charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend ongoing work if payments are not received in accordance with the agreed schedule.

4. Appointments and Access

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the work area at the agreed appointment time. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or where the technician arrives and cannot gain access may be subject to a call-out fee.

Our standard operating hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, including public holidays. Emergency call-outs outside these hours may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

All plumbing work performed by CommandPro Plumbing Solutions is backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. If the same issue recurs within this period due to a defect in our workmanship, we will return and rectify the problem at no additional cost to you.

This guarantee does not cover issues caused by misuse, interference by third parties, pre-existing defects in your plumbing system that were not part of the original scope of work, or damage resulting from events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, flooding from external sources, or structural movement.

Materials and fixtures installed by us carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We will assist you in processing any manufacturer warranty claims but are not directly liable for defects in third-party products.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, CommandPro Plumbing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any single claim related to services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that particular service engagement. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, nor does it affect your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

We carry comprehensive professional indemnity and public liability insurance to protect both our team and our clients in the event of an incident during the course of our work.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and the underlying code — is the property of CommandPro Plumbing Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.

The CommandPro name, logo, and brand mark are trademarks of CommandPro Plumbing Solutions. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement under the Trademarks Act 2019 (Malaysia).

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website but do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or up to date. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional plumbing advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur. If mediation does not result in a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for any changes.
